Purchase Options

We offer the following purchase options on select items:

• One-Time Purchase

• Pre-Orders (charged upfront)

• Exclusive Drops / Early Access Sales

Please review the product description and terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, your order is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. Once fulfillment begins, it can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation within the eligible time frame, email us immediately at uzuribros@gmail.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.

Pre-Order Cancellations

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable after purchase.
Because these items are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we are unable to cancel or refund pre-orders once they are placed.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you’ve been charged in error or completed a duplicate transaction, contact us immediately at uzuribros@gmail.com for a review and resolution.
